Once your order is placed, you'll receive a confirmation email or SMS. After processing and shipment, we will send you a tracking number for your order.

We make every effort to ship all orders received by 11 am AEST on the same business day. Orders placed after 11 am AEST, on weekends, or on public holidays will be attempted to be processed the following business day but we cannot guarantee. 

In the unlikely event that you have not received your parcel within a delivery time estimated above and you have not been contacted regarding your delivery by our shipping couriers, please contact us and we will help you investigate your delivery.
