Refund & Exchange Policy

At Sleektrainers, we are committed to ensuring you are satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy with your shoes, we offer a straightforward refund policy to make your experience as smooth as possible.

Refunds:

We accept returns within 14 days from the date of receiving the product.

To be eligible for a refund, the shoes must be unused, in original condition, and in the original packaging.

We ACCEPT returns if:

  • You receive the wrong product
  • Your product arrives damaged or defected

We DO-NOT accept returns if:

  • Due to change of mind
  • You choose the wrong size

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, if eligible for a refund this will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

Shipping fees are non-refundable. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., wrong item sent).

Non-Returnable Items:

Items purchased with a discount or final sale are not eligible for refunds.

How to Return:

Pack the shoes securely in the original box, including any accessories or paperwork.

Ship the items back to us using a trackable shipping method to the provided address.

Once we receive your returned item, we will process your refund promptly.
