When will my order be dispatched for delivery?

From your purchase date, your order will be dispatched within 1-2 Business Days with our fast shipping.

Can I combine multiple orders into one shipment?

Yes, we can combine multiple orders and as an added benefit this will reduce your shipping cost in most circumstances.

Do we offer returns, refunds or exchanges?

Yes we do! Check too see if you fit the criteria by viewing our Refund & Return policy in the Legal section below.

Why hasn't my order been delivered yet?

In rare cases that your order has exceeded the due delivery date or you believe that it has been lost, please get in contact with us via the contact page located at the bottom and we will do our absolute best to assist you in locating your order.

Once the order has been dispatched from our warehouse, then we accept no responsibility if it gets damaged, lost or stolen.

Are your products authentic?

Our products go through an authentication process where we thoroughly look over everything from the stitching, tags, materials and much more.

With over five years in the sneaker industry, you can rest assure that the item you order will be as described and authentic 100% or you money back.

Do we purchase/trade sneakers?

We do not currently trade sneakers but we are always looking for products to purchase.

What ShopNow & PayLater options do we have?

Currently we're offering AfterPay, ZipPay and PayPal Pay in 4.

We can do custom payment plans if you do not have these services.

What conditions are the shoes that you stock?

We only sell brand new pairs but occasionally we do stock exclusive and rare sneakers that may have been tried on/worn once which will be listed in the product description.
